Cody Boles
Data Analyst
Cody Boles, asset management data analyst, is responsible for managing and analyzing financial data to optimize asset performance at Affordable Equity Partners. In his role, he contributes to strategic decision-making by evaluating investment opportunities and monitoring portfolio performance.
Before joining AEP, Cody was an investment sales associate at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, where he specialized in mobile home park transactions throughout the Southeast. In this role, he facilitated multiple successful transactions, leveraging market insights and financial modeling to drive investment decisions.
Cody received his bachelor’s degree in real estate from the University of Georgia in May 2022.
Outside of his professional career, Cody holds a skydiving license and spends most weekends skydiving solo or with friends. He is also an avid Georgia football fan, enjoying the excitement of the season each fall.
