AEP Home Makeover: Victory Crossing

Recently, Atlanta-based employees from the JES Holdings family of companies traveled to Victory Crossing, an LIHTC family property syndicated by Affordable Equity Partners in Columbus, Georgia. At the property, the employees spent the day working together to turn four units, which entailed scrubbing, cleaning and painting the homes to ready them for resident move-in.
