Compliance Asset Manager
Tiffany Merritt is the asset compliance manager for all AEP properties. Tiffany oversees all 20% annual audits through year 15 as well as the 100% initial file audits during and after lease-up. In addition to my day-to-day duties, I stay involved with all the new compliance regulations and changes in the federal guidelines as well as the state guidelines. My certifications include the Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) and Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM). In Tiffany’s free time she enjoys bowling, exercising, and working in the yard.
