June 2019 New Employees

The monthly new hire orientation took place in the beginning of June in Columbia, Missouri. Please welcome our new employees to the JES Holdings family of companies!

 

Jessica Bickley

Administrative Assistant – FWC

Jessica joined the FWC team in April. She is located in our Atlanta, Georgia office. In her role, Jessica performs many duties, including providing support and assistance to FWC. She is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a Master of Arts in Interpersonal and Public Communication. Jessica comes to us with several years of experience in administration.

 

 

 

Heather Ivey

Administrative Assistant – FWC

Heather joined the FWC team in April. She is located in our Atlanta, Georgia office. In her role, Heather is responsible for many functions including collecting and reviewing subcontractor documents and any administrative requests for the FWM superintendents. She is a graduate from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Studies. She comes to us with 5 years of experience in construction.

 

 

 

Lauren Lagemann

Staff Accountant – AEP

Lauren joined the AEP team in June. She is located in our Columbia, Missouri office. In her role, Lauren puts together financial information for tax packets and reviews tax returns and audits once they are returned. She is a recent graduate from Columbia College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance. She previously interned with Edward Jones as a financial advisor.

 

 

 

Brynn Sanders

Director of Business Development – AEP

Brynn joined the AEP team in May. She is located in our Clayton, Missouri office. In her role, Brynn is responsible for raising debt and equity capital for AEP and building relationships with investors. She received her BSBA in finance and her MBA from Southeast Missouri State. Brynn comes to us with experience in investor relations and asset management.

 

 

 

 

Josh Sherrard

Controller – JES | Prime

Josh joined JES | Prime Senior Living in May. In his role, he prepares financial reports for management and assists in operations with cost control initiatives. Josh is a graduate from Central Michigan University with a bachelor’s in business and corporate finance. He received his MBA through Walsh College of Business. He comes to us with many years of experience in accounting.

 

 

 

Isel Silva

Human Resources Manager – JES

Isel joined the JES team in June. She is located in our Atlanta, Georgia office. In her role, she supports AEP, FWC, Prime and Metro along with performing other HR functions. Isel is a graduate from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor’s degree in organizational communication. She comes to us with many years of experience in human resources.

 

 

 

 

Dawn Smith

Staff Accountant – FWM

Dawn joined the FWM Accounting team in June. She is located in our Atlanta, Georgia office. In her role, she prepares financial statements, reconciles bank statements and performs other general accounting duties. Dawn received her Bachelor of Science in Management with a minor in accounting from the University of West Indies. She comes to us with many years of accounting experience.

 

 

 

Tonya Lastinger

Property Manager – FWM

Tonya joined the FWM team in April. She is the property manager at Sawmill Landing in Waycross, Georgia. In her role, she is responsible for managing and monitoring the property, advertising and filling vacancies and building relationships with tenants. Tonya comes to us from the state of Georgia, where she worked for the last 18 years.

 

 

 

 

Randle Rivers

Senior Network Engineer – JES

Randle joined the JES team in May. He is located in our Atlanta, Georgia office. In his role, Randle manages the network and the virtual infrastructure. Randle is a graduate from Southern Crescent Tech and received his associate degree in computer science from Clayton State University. He comes to us with many years of experience in computing technology.
