Wings of Hope held their 14th annual “A Night for Miracles” gala on Saturday, February 13, 2016 at The Chase Park Plaza. The event is the charity’s largest fundraiser and this year boasted more than 375 attendees. Proceeds from the gala benefit the Wings of Hope’s Medical Relief and Air Transport Program, which assists people in the United States who lack local access to health care. In 2015, this program alone served 267 patients with over 495 flight arrangements.
The gala consisted of a cocktail hour, silent and live auction, dinner and an after party with live music. Attendees were uplifted as Emilee Williams, a young woman who had lost the ability to walk, joined her father for the first dance of the evening to the tune of Rachel Platten’s hit, “Fight Song.” Emilee has been recuperating and gaining strength thanks to the support of Wings of Hope.
Affordable Equity Partners, a JES Holdings Company, is honored to partner with Wings of Hope and proud to be Champions for Kids.
